Digital + Canvas

Capturing emotion on a screen as opposed to a canvas personally proved difficult. Learning of illness in my family and traveling to spend time with them did not warrant room to cart large canvases and necessary tools. With iPad in hand, learning new brushes and creating custom colors, digital art provided more solace, joy and healing than I had imagined.
